I was exhibiting our products at the 2002 Big East Snowmobile Show in Syracuse, New York, when a snowmobiler walked up to my booth. He said that all of my competitors had told him that Bergstrom's "screws" (Trail Grabbers) were junk. But, he added that he wanted to buy 192 of them.

Surprised, I asked him if he wanted me to reply to their comments. He stated that his buddy had used Trail Grabbers on a trip to Canada on a 700 Triple. He also stated that this buddy had run circles around other "studded" buddies while they where riding out on the lakes. That was all he needed to know.
